In order to maintain our culture as a company that works under ethical principles, LAP manages a Compliance System with the objective of preventing and responding against the commission of crimes of fraud, corruption, money laundering, financing of terrorism and unfair competition.
This is in accordance with law N° 20424, that regulates the administrative responsibility of legal persons and its regulations in Peru.

LAP Code of Conduct for Employees
As part of our compliance system, a Whistleblowing Channel has been established (managed by an independent third party) that allows anyone to report unethical acts involving LAP employees and/or related parties. This channel protects the identity of the person who reports unethical acts, maintaining their anonymity if they choose to remain anonymous.
This system must not be used to report the following incidents:
